Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy describes what personal data the Infinity Business Center landing page collects through its lead form, for what purpose, and how it is processed. This document is pending legal review and may be revised.
Data operator
Personal data submitted through this site’s lead form is processed by OOO «GOLDEN HOUSE PROPERTY GROUP» (the developer of Infinity Business Center).
Data collected
Name, phone number, selected lot area, request type (prices and floor plans, or book a viewing), page language, submission page and anchor, UTM parameters and ad-click identifier (gclid), submission time.
Purpose of processing
Processing the office rental inquiry, contacting the applicant by the phone number provided, and measuring advertising campaign performance.
Consent
By submitting the form, the user confirms consent to processing the data listed above for the purposes stated.
Data transfer
Form data is forwarded to the sales manager via Telegram (a notification channel) and stored in a secured log on the operator’s server. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Data is retained no longer than necessary to process the inquiry and is deleted upon the user’s request.
User rights
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by using the contact details in the site footer.
Changes to this policy
The operator may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
